| Step 2 | |
![]() |
Unfold the box so it looks like a butterfly from the top. The box should be upside-down, with the arrows and writing on the sides also upside-down. |
![]() |
Continue to unfold the box until it looks like a triangle. The flat part facing you, as shown here, will now be called the front of the box. The narrow point will be called the rear of the box. |
![]() |
Release the 4 (four) side flaps, top and bottom. |
![]() |
Release the 2 small front flaps. |
![]() |
The side flap with a number "2" on it should be flipped over to begin closing the box. |
![]() |
Flip the front flaps over so that they are on top of the side flap (folded over in the last step). Be sure to connect the matching numbers (ie. match "5" with "5" and "6" with "6"). |
![]() ![]() |
Flip the last big flap over so that it completely closes the box on the up-side. This will connect numbers "7" with "7". Tape the free edges of the box closed with strips to bridge the gap as shown. Place the strips approximately 8-inches apart. Then use a long, continuous strip to completely seal the edges of the box. |
![]() |
Open the bag of parts and remove the wheel truck and fork mount. Set the fork mount aside. |
![]() |
Place the wheel truck at the front of the box so that the studs go through the holes into the box. This will connect number "8" with "8". |
![]() |
Carefully flip the box over while holding the wheel truck in place. Once this is done, fold out the two remaining flaps with numbers "10"/"12" and "11"/"13". |

| Place fork on to the fork mount oriented properly for your wheel size (see below) and tighten the wing nut clockwise. | ||||

![]() |
Insert the bike with the fork mount into the box so that the studs from the wheel truck protrude through the holes in the fork mount. Install two wing-nuts and tighten clockwise. |
| Place the front wheel inside the box, on the left side of the bicycle, and use two ties to secure the wheel through the two sets of small holes. Place your saddle/seatpost into the small bag and secure it to the right side of the box with one supplied tie. | |||

To close the box, first close the side flap "12/13" and then the rear flaps "11/13" and "10/12" so that the "13's" adn "12's" match up. Then close the side flap "14" to complete the closure. |

Tape the free edges of the box closed with strips to bridge the gap as shown. Place the strips approximately 8-inces apart. Then use a long, continuous strip to completely seal the edges of the box. We suggest you print your home address on the top left side. |
![]() |
Moving the box is as simple as picking up the front end and rolling it away. Grasp the box at the front, using the lower, vertical slot. Make sure to lift the front end high enough to engage the wheels. |

Multiple containers can be stacked on top one another in several ways as shown. |
